This section shows a drop-down menu of the elements with which we want to work on the screen.
To work with movable type, the user selects a font from a list and a set of virtual movable type created with the selected font automatically appears on the screen. The set of types consists of the alphabet in uppercase, in lowercase, numerals and symbols.
Within this section you can vary the size and magnitude of the body. Two international font heights can be selected, but a custom height can be entered manually. Another option in this section is to set the custom height to «0» to work only with raised letters.
There is also the possibility to convert the font to its bold and italic version, or change the height of the types for use in different countries. Specific options are available in this section. The dropdown menu shows 3 options.
Character, gives the possibility to work with an individual character.
Selecting the linotype section where you can enter written words and generate ingots with joined characters.
There is also the possibility of converting the font to its bold and italic version or reflecting the typography.
When you select Impositions as part in the main section, an imposition will be displayed on the screen and you will be able to access the impositions section to vary the desired width and length (in centimeters).
Line spacing works like the impositions section but changes the magnitude of the width is in didot points. The length is kept in ciceros.
Quads have a size relationship to the selected body size. Select quads in main section and then go to the section quads to apply the desired width.
The vectorized section offers the possibility to import a vector to convert into movable type.
Finally, when you want to download the model you have made, access the export menu located at the top and choose the location to save it.
